Yes, you should definitely get either glasses or lenses.

Glasses is my vote.

I wear eye glass for about 15 years now, and my eyes vision has decreased from 500 to 450. And it seem to continued to improved my eye sight yearly. Which I'm so glad of it.

My brother wear contact lenses for 20 years, his eyes vision are pretty much blind. Over that 20 years his vision has deteriorated because he weared his contact daily! Even to sleep!

You be the judge, on how you want to live the rest of your life. Do you want to be blind as a bat (contact lenses) or still able to see things (glasses)?

Its your call!

Contacts definately
They are alot more comfortable and will most of the time look better
Also if you like to lay down and watch tv you cant lay down on the side with your glasses
It makes it very uncomfortable
I have had contacts and glasses and contacts are the best

Contacts are more expensive in the long run because you have to buy saline, cleaning solution and lenses. Also, if you get dust in your eyes, it feels like a rock and you can barely keep your eye open. It's nice to be able to wear real sunglasses and not perscription or clip-on ones.

Glasses look cool (most of the time) and if you need them just for driving, then you should get glasses.
If you plan on wearing them more often, then you should get contacts.
Glasses get foggy when its cold outside and you get into warm rooms and glasses are annoying when its raining.

Glasses. They're cheaper and easier to care for.

Contacts take time for your eyes to adjust to.

I've worn both. I found that I felt much better about myself when I wore contacts.
