its common to worry about your unborn baby and its a good sign that you will be a good caring mom. but the baby is fine as long as you have no cramping or spotting. the baby is in your belly thats in your uterus filled with lots of fluids to help keep baby safe.

If it makes you feel any better, I was about 34 weeks pregnant when I was running at a dog park and got hit by another dog chasing my dog. I fell down on my butt and back and slid a few feet. We went to the ER because I was worried too and the baby was fine. When I had my baby (4 weeks ago) I saw what all was around her and realized it would take a pretty hard hit with a solid object right to your bag of water to hurt the baby. They are VERY well protected. Don't worry unless you have decreased fetal movement and/or bleeding like a period. And enjoy this time with him in your belly, this is the only time you'll be able to completely protect him!

Drink something sweet.Lie dawn on your left side.Count the kicks and movements. It has to be ten kicks in one hour.I once did something stupid while i was 6 months pregnant. That was the advise that i got.My daughter is healthy two year old now.Your baby is fine,24 weeks is too small to get hurt from something like that.Don't worry.

The doctor told me that the baby is well protected inside your belly... so even if you fall, (I guess depending on how hard you fall), the baby could still be okay. I actually slipped on ice 2 times when I was pregnant- I was maybe a few weeks along, but it also worried me, but that's what my doctor said. I think your baby should be just fine!
Goodluck!

you'd be surprised at what people can go through pregnant and the baby be okay. My ex husband shot me with a paintball gun in the stomach while i was 7 months pregnant. It left a huge bruise on my stomache but the baby was fine. OMG it hurt sooo bad. If you are concerned go ahead and call your obgyn and ask them. Good luck!

Oh, honey, you are gonna be a good momma! I fell belly first on the ice at 30 weeks, and I was fine. I was so scared, I practically ran into the doctors office. Everyone is right, there is so much fluid around the baby, he will be fine. It is good to worry to a certian extent. It helps keep us safe, and our little ones too!

I would imagine that all is okay - especially if your baby is still kicking as per usual. It is absolutely amazing how resilient the human body (and babies) are!
It's all quite normal to be worried. Most 'mums-to-be' worry about their special baby. Your hormones will be having a lot to do with all this as well. Maybe mention it to your obstetrician at your next appointmen and he/she can put your mind at rest.
Good Luck and best wishes - being a Mum is very special - enjoy it!! :-)

even if it isn't bruised or hurting, and he is kicking, you should still contact your doctor and ask for an appointment. when I was 4 months pregnant with my first child, I had an altercation with my boyfriends older (and jealous cousin [she can't have kids]), and when I told her I was going to call my boyfriends sister in law, she barraccaded the door way with herself, and I was standing right behind her. she knew I was there and she pushed her bum into my belly pretty hard, it didn't hurt me, and the baby still kicked, but it caused me to have placenta previa (low-lying placenta) which can be a problem during labor if it passes by unknown, you would need a c-section...luckily mine shifted back up and I delivered naturally, but when you are pregnant, you can never be too cautious!

You are fine! I know it's very scary but at 24 weeks you still have plenty of amniotic fluid therefore lots of cushion. He's kicking because he is safe, healthy and has lots of room to move around. Good luck you are more than halfway there.

You'd be amazed at how much protection they have in there!
He is perfectly fine. If you are still worried at your next appointment ask the doctor.
Good luck with your baby!!
