like they've said you're not going to get anything that strong or that durable for that low of a price. when it comes to airsoft you get what you pay for. you're very seldom going to get any stock (unmodified) airsoft gun, you'll have to upgrade it and the only guns worth upgrading are gonna be over 2-300 dollars.

airsoft is not a sport for those looking to be cheap and play it well, you're going to need to break the bank like it or not to get anything nearly that good unless you are extremely lucky and find a used gun like that on ebay and even then it's going to be 1-150 dollars.

my suggestion personally, save up and buy a good gun for a few hundred bucks or switch to paintball, it's cheaper :P

See, the problem is, even with expensive AEG's (Classic Army, ICS, Marui) that your basic non-upgraded guns Generate about 300fps. You can upgrade that to 360-375easily, but not cheaply.
400 fps from an AEG is neither cheap, NOR easy.
The good news: 300fps from an airsoft gun at nominal distances HURTS. It'll leave a welp. If you upgrade much past 300fps, you are going to have trouble getting anyone to play with you!
The Well R-6 is an inexpensive (80$) metal gearbox AEG,
an M-4 "Marui clone" , that will shoot 300fps out of the box and comes with a 450 round spring-wound magazine, battery, and charger. You could do worse!

You probably wont find a gun that will fire that fast for that low of a price. Adding the metal gear box makes the price go up too. The gun you're looking for is probably about $300.
