Hold onto you hat. I love them too, but I love them spicy. Take a quart of tomato juice. Put in about a quarter cup of Worcestershire sauce, (only use Lea and Parrins.) Squeeze in a couple of lemons, then throw the carcases in. Now this is where you separate the men from the boys. Put in a half bottle of Tabasco sauce. I actually use more. Take a tray of ice cubes and throw those in. Toss in a teaspoon of pepper, course ground, and a half teaspoon of celery salt. A pinch of MSG doesn't hurt, but stay away from it if you PG. Stir for about two minutes while staring at it, but only with a piece of celery. Taste. You might want to add more Worcestershire or black pepper. The Tabasco comes on a little more after about 5 minutes, so be careful about adding extra. Throw in a half dozen celery sticks. Let it age in the frig for a few minutes. If the ice has melted, add more. Pour into a real glass glass, making sure you get plenty of ice. Stir with a stick of celery then take a sip. Repeat, but take a bite of the celery occasionally. Don't do anything else. This is relax time. You can throw in pickled green beans or asparagus, I occasionally chuck in a jalapeno, but I'm brave.

I craved spicy things when I was pregnant, so I can relate. I'm not sure of exact amounts in the mix, but the one that I loved included tomato juice, horseradish, celery salt, a little worchestershire sace, frank's red hot sauce and tons of ice.
