China has a huge numbers advantage. However we have the better technology, and Russia, and China would both starve to death without the U.S. giving them food they way we have over the past 30 years, but the real answer would be in this day,and age we would all lose because whoever was on the verge of defeat would push the Nuke button, and that would end it all for the entire planet

I think to just put it out there as "a war between country X & country Y" doesn't give enough information. for example: who would win in a war between the U.S. and Vietnam. well, what are the conditions? If vietnam is trying to invade us, they are stupid. vice versa if we are trying to invade them.
Oh and theres also the wuold issue of Mutually Assured Destruction.
But, because I'm bored, lets set up a scenario:
Causus Belli: Now I can't see any of us directly declaring war on each other for any reason. so this would have to start out as a proxy war. so, lets take the current issues Isue with North Korea as our starting point.
Assuming that explosion in N. Korea was nuclear and not just a bunch of TNT or whatever, lets say they escalate their program to the point where China is prompted to Invade.
(It would not be either the US or UK, that starts this. I don't care if you are a lib or neocon, Just visualise the skepticism if Bush said that we here going to invade another country to get rid of WMDs.)
Anyway, this is seen by South Koreans, Japanese, and Taiwanese as a potential threat to their sovereignty. they start building up militaries (do you really think a Yankee-written constitution is gonna hold back Japan?).
as a result of Indoctination, Poverty, being kept south of the border, possibly racism accompanied by atrocities, and good ol' nationalism the North Koreans begin an insurgency vs the Chinese. the south Koreans, and possibly the Japanese & Taiwanese begin supporting this secretly. Also, some nationalistic South Koreans travel North and start going all Robert Jordan on the Chinese. Both of these become known to the chinese, who begin landing special ops teams on S. Korean beaches. the south korean governemtn decides, needing to split the attention of the north korean government, so send psy-ops and spectial ops teams into Tibet to begin fomenting a rebellion.
all this while Iran has been working on nuclear wheapons technology, relying on the Korean Diversion. The Anglophones havce scant special ops teams into Iran to attempt to investigate or sabotage these. They discover Russian and Chinese advisors. this doesn't lead directly to war, it just increases tensions.
so when does war get declared? well, at this point any number of things could happen, but lets just pick one: an overenthusiastic taiwanese guerilla shoots a chinese dignitary in Fuxian province. He becomes Archduke Franz Ferdinan.
note: when I give the name of an existing country, I am indicating the support of that country's government. If I give the name of a region that is part of another country, that region has rebelled or is acting independently. Popular support for a nation's stance in the war would vary from nation to nation.
China declares war on Korea and Japan and declares that it is asserting it's control over its posesions on the island of Taiwan.
the agressive nature of China's actions also prompts the UK, America, Australia, Tazmania, New Zealand, singapore and malasia to become declare war on China. the enterance of these nations is due in part to obligations under the Five Power Defence Arrangementsn and ANZUS Treaty.
Russia, Mongolia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan join with China as part of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Joining these nations are Belarus, Armenia of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
with the involvement of Russia and Belarus, Nato is forced to declare war on the Eurasian Powers, bringing in the following nations : Belgium, Denmark, France, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Greece, Turkey, Germany, & Spain.
this also brings to the surface many rivalries that havent yet Eurupted
Iran, now officially at war with the US declares war on the "Zionist encroachments" and the viceroys of Mesopotamia and Bactria.
Pakistan declares war on India, Maoist rebels in Hepal rise up in favor of china. Tibetian rebels against it. this creates chaos in the Hymalayas.
Syria & Somalia join Iran, and stir up islamist uprisings in Saudia Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon (ok, the iranians don't have to do much stirring for hezbollah) and other muslum nations, though these are opposed by the government.
Sudan uses this as a cover for it's Genocidal campaingns and an invastion of Chad.
this would probably send many nations of the EU in to assist, especialy Anglophone countries such as Kenya, Nigeria and S, Africa.
latin america would probably not get directly involved, though the US might invade Cuba. Venesuela would be a pro eurasian free port. Military dictatorship would rise.
I was supposed to answer who would win wasn't I. well, I'm going with the anglophone countties b/c I'm betting on them being able to establish naval and air.
this is assuming nobody used nuclear weapons.
