Stress, drinking to much coffee, mother-in-law,
dentist, cops, etc.
Nosy neighbors, the neighbors dog,
credit card statement,
airport fiascoes, co-workers, flat tire,
screaming kids at the mall,
shopping for Christmas presents
People telling you to eat better, loose weight
and to stop smoking
And religious fanatics!
Last but not least: Yahoo violation notice!!
I am okay - I take medication for high blood pressure.

The real question for you is what reality are you living in? REAL vampires don't even exist, Some people like to play make believe, I guess to escape the normality and boringness of their lives. Are you trying to figure out what else is acceptable for you to eat in your little clan of "vampires"? And why would someone even want to risk drinking blood, with all the disease and AIDS around today???

too much salt intake can increase blood pressure. along with stress, a big meal can sometimes raise blood pressure, being over weight, heart disease, hard exercise, too much caffeine. there are quite a few causes, if you're really concerned it would probably be best to talk to your doctor.
hope this helps you out. take care.
