My hair used to be straight, but a few years ago it began to change. Now it is straight in some areas, wavy in others, and really curley at the front!? I want hair that is either straight, or curley! But it cant seem to make up it's mind! What can i do to solve this? It gets messy and knotted easily. I want an easy solution that will do the least damage to the hair. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Nevie

Some people with curly hair have this same problem. I think the least invasive would be to iron it straight. You just have to take good care of your hair and get regular cuts and deep conditioning treatments.

My sister had this problem and I permed it, making the curls uniform. She didn't like the texture of her hair after wards. This was before they started making so many perms for different hair types. Nowdays you can get a perm and your hair may feel better than before...just depends on how good the stylist is. So be sure you are careful with who you pick to perm your hair ...if that's what you are going to do.

So you can decide, either way you are going to have a certain degree of damage. But both are doable solutions.

Good luck and God bless.
