Yes, I believe that there are poorly understood phenomena out there that people label as ghosts and hauntings.

Are they manifestations of deceased humans? I'm not sure.

Ghosts are conguered up by demons. Stay away from them.

Yes and I've seen one. My mother has too. When she worked in the hospital there was this man and he always used to ring his buzzer thing. He died but his buzzer kept ringing. So they eventually took the buzzer out of the wall but it still kept buzzing. Freaky... My mum has also talked to one over a weigy board. Is that how you spell weigy board?

Yes. These are souls who refuse to let go because of strong attachment to worldly matters, be it emotional or material attachment. These souls, because of overwhelming earthly desires has failed to realize its present and beckoning power of the other side. But don't worry, it's just a small percentage.
