Genius, definitively. Picasso was not a painter, he was Picasso. Other artists cannot claim the 'genius and fraud' qualification, like Salvador Dali who was a great painter, but at the end of his life he signed blank frames and let his school of followers do the painting, just to earn money thanks to his signature. A lot of "modern" contemporary "artists" are fraud, however, especially those who draw kindergarten pictures and those who just put some paint (if nothing worse!) on their frames. One thing is sure : there are those who paint for art, and others who paint only for money!

It's a scam, don't give your credit card info to them. If they are giving you money, why would they need your cc info? I understand your mailing address, but not credit card info.
