what is the best enery drink or energy pill of supplement that you have ever treid i have already tried the sobe no fear, sobe gold, and sobe adrenalin and didnt like them they tasted good but just didnt do anything for me so what is the best energy supplement that you all have tried? stackers also dont really do anything for me

Try Guarana. Its made as a soft drink that tastes most similar to cream soda. And I recommend you drink it room temperature. The taste is so delicate that when I bought a can cold, it tasted like I was drinking cold water. Yuck.
Also, if you want it in pill form, go to the GNC and get it.
Guarana has a form of caffeine in it called Guarnine. The pill form says it has 36% 'caffeine' in it.
I just looked it up and it says it's a central nervous system simulant. Sounds like something you are looking for.
I take it every morning and grew up on the soft drink. Enjoy.

all energy drinks are bad for you just look at the amount of sugar per serving in them. It is always good to stay away from things like sugar and caffene when in need of energy. The General Nutrition Center or GNC stores sell a supliment in all energy drinks called L-carintine it is a very good suppliment for energy especially when doing highly arobic work outs.

if ur a women tab energy drink helps alot but if u take vitamins and drink lots of water vu should be fine
