Mightymo is correct, but I wouldn't stretch until I've done a warm compress for at least ten minutes to the effected area. A warm compress will help to relax an already tight muscle and if there are tears in it, the warmth will encourage blood flow which will inturn promote healing. Stay away from tobacco products and other bad health things, they retard healing times dramatically.

Once you feel better, start stretching before you get out of bed in the morning and stretch after your walk, and in between but not before your walk. Stretching is the most important thing, while you walk you are using your muscles and they get thick, after your walk you need to stretch them to get the lactic acid out and that will also take care of your hamstrings.

Give it some time to heal and then strengthen the muscle by exercise (walking, bicycling, swimming etc.) and that should help. A pulled muscle takes some time to heal before you can use it normally.

He desires a radical verify up till now something like that. there could be a scientific reason for his low libido. He can be drained after a annoying days artwork. If the viagra is prescribed to him, I wouldnt use it without him understanding besides, thats no longer good. Ask him to take it. talk with him approximately it.
