he doesn't --check his profile, he's at level -1 minus 180 some odd points--he just makes new accounts and keeps his name--lots of people on here do it

Seems you've got just about the same complaint that he does, but you didn't use the word a-s-s. ( ...and he might even be referring to a hoofed quadroped, after all.)
