Wait, someone just said that god lets satan kill children in order to convert people to christianity. Wow, that's screwed up. If you religion has you thinking crap like that, it's time to wake up, people. Is this a god you want to be worshiping? If it's not true, where the hell did they get that idea?
Kids die all the time. Remember last year when 10 Mexican children were all electrocuted when praying under a big metal cross that was struck by lightening?

Some Christians believe that because Paul said God has not appointed us to wrath, that is proof that the church will be raptured before the tribulation. Nonsense, God saves His people in the midst of tribulation, He does not keep them from persecution. Persecution is what makes pure gold by burning away the dross of this world. Persecution is what will reveal God's church triumphant, without spot of blemish, showing the manifold wisdom of God.
Psalm 91 makes it clear that we (the church) will be here during the tribulation and the seven last plagues.
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked Psalm 91:7,8
Why would God warn His church about the coming mark of the beast only to rapture them prior to having to face that final test. The rapture and the glorious second appearing are one and the same event.

Actually the rapture, although the word itself is not found in scripture, is outlined in the bible. There is a verse in Thessalonians that speaks about those on earth being caught up into the air to the with the Lord forevermore. And yes, in a way you're right, as the bible also tells us that we, as God's own, are not "appointed unto wrath", and the tribulation period will be God's wrath poured upon the earth.
