Well, permanently as in forever? No.
However, you can relax you hair which can permanently leave you hair, shiny and straight for one whole year. You won't have to straighten it or anything. Wet and go. You'll need to make sure that you take good care of your hair, after you've relaxed it, giving it moisture, having the right shampoos and conditioners and all that. If you take good care of your hair then it won't get damaged. If you don't take care of your hair afterwards, it can get severely damaged.

You do need to go back to the salon every year to get touch ups. Make sure you get your hair relaxed by a CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL in a GOOD salon!!!!!! That's very important. Once you go back for touch ups, it's best to go back to the same professional that did your hair previously that way it'll be faster and he/she will know how to do it.

It is pricey but well woth it in the end.

I m not sure it can work permanently but surely 4 long time

Shampoo + Conditioner
When you wash your hair make sure to use a shampoo and condition. Whether you use a two in one or separately you should always condition. If your hair gets oily quickly you should wash and condition your hair almost everyday because oily hair does not straighten well.

Use a Serum
Once done cleaning, if your hair is really tightly curled you should put a serum in to reduce the amount of frizz.

Drying
Flip your head over and blow dry your hair facing up while using your fingers. You don't need to style it because you're going to straighten it anyway. Blow drying upside down helps because it gets a lot of the spot we neglect, like our roots.

Ironing
You should turn on your iron for a minute or two while blow drying or before you straighten to get it at the heat you want by the time you start using it. Separate your hair into three layers, doing the bottom first top last.
When you begin, start at the root and use a round brush or a fine tooth comb as your guide. The round brush is used if you want the ends rounded in or out. The comb is used to give you pin straight ends. Keep doing this process and bring down another layer when you've finished one until you're done with your whole head.

Your hair can be straightened permanently, but only until your roots grow out which will be the same texture as your original hair. Go to a reputable salon and have it done, but it will cost you a pretty penny, approx. $500. There are the bio-ionic system which is good and gentle on your hair, and the Yuko system which is a bit harsh. You may also go cheap and use a relaxer which will last you about two months, but gives you the option to have your original hair back in time for the next summer season.
Whichever system you pick, make sure that you only go to a professional at a reputable salon. Take your time and don't rush.

You cannot permanently straighten it forever. BUT you can have it permanently straighten for 4 months. It cost a lot of money but they people I know who have had it done reallt like the outcome especially because they have very thick and curly hair. If you have it done it is good to invest your money into a good hair stylist who is known for doing it well. However when their hair grows the hair at the roots come back as the normal hair but they just used a straightening iron to fix that

It is possible but once your hair starts growing out it will be curly again. So for the time being it is permanent. So to keep it that way you will have to get it redone every couple of months.

Well no you can not, not permanently. Because when your hair grows, it will grow like whatever kind of hair you have...it won't start magically growing straight. But you can straighten it for long periods of time, But it can be expensive.

I don't know for sure, but my friend got some kind of "japanese hair straightening" thing that was really expensive, but it was permanent.

well, you can get it chemically straightened but for a good job it costs around $200-$300. My friend had hers done but it doesn't make your hair perfectly straight. She still has to straighten it a tiny bit to make it perfectly straight.
