No. The Germans weren't responsible for it in the first place. The Nazis were. Big difference.

Even thought the Holocaust happened many years ago many people still associate Germany with racism and anti-semitism. Its really up to the person who feels this way. But technically Germany is condemn for the brutality on Jews. Once again Its up to a persons personal perspective/ beliefs on whether they have any rancor or hatred against the Germany of today.
Personally I dont blame Germany of today for what happened in the past. Germany has changed a lot since Nazis rule.

That ended sixty-two years ago. Most of the perpetrators are dead. There have been great changes in attitude in Germany since then (I lived there for three years). Yes, some do retain the old prejudices, but for the most part, I saw and heard almost none of it...and I did ask about it on more than one occasion.
It happens that denying the Holocaust is a federal offense in Germany. There have been prosecutions as recently as last year under this law. Germany is eager to move on. I would suggest that it is time to forgive...but never forget what happened.

What they did is to be condemned forever.
Modern-day Germany should be let off of the hook, especially after the last of that generation is dead.
Sadly, for all of the talk about "never again" it has happened again, although not to the scale of the Nazi era.

thats a hard question to answer with there being neo-naziism around the world. altho hitler was from austria not germany, but, he did effectively brainwash millions of germans into believing in his cause. however germans were elated when it was announced that hitler was dead, but, germany was a political hotbed during the cold war between the USA AND USSR with germany being divided up and berlin being divided up. there could be germans that can be trusted and others that probably can not be trusted. its a judgement call.
they can be condemned for their bad fashion by the fashion police tho. leiderhosen can blind a person.

no..the condition you mention is called collectivism...a need to punish a group of people for the actions of a few..hitler wasnt elected by a majority of germans nor did he have the support of most germans..but if the real culprits are dead , someone must pay ..its easy to do if the "we vs. them' theme has already been exploited .....stalin was just as brutal..even more so but europe was given to him as spoils of war...war is a hoax perpetrated by the state on innocent civilians ...why condemn a nation or culture collectively for belligerent actions of a few exploitive members ?
