I confess I didn't read your details but I already knew the answer anyway. Women are masters at twisting and mangling our words into making us out to be the bad guy and therefore causing us to feel the guilt. Just let her blow off the steam. That kind of stuff has happend to me so often I just laugh it off these days. I know when I'm truly at fault and when I'm not.

Seems like tension from earlier arguments between the two of you still lingers. Honestly bro both of you should appologize to eachother. Relationship is about compromise and sometimes it's about accomodation. For instance when you screw up you have to be a man and take responsibility for your actions. Now I'm not saying it's either persons falt here cause naturally I don't know what went on in previous arguments. I'm just trying to give you advice on all the possible scenarios.

When a girl feels like your attention is elsewhere she doesn't feel you care. All she wanted was to know that you wanted to talk with her while you both were on. It may seem silly but when you told her 'do whatever you want..' you were showing that you didn't care and that's not what she wants to hear. She wants to know that she matters to you. Her only way to save face was to say something back with a little bite and it seemed to work since your are now asking this question. Go and talk to her, call her, lifes too short to fight with people who matter to you ^_^

Here is the problem. You just broke up so the both of you are still very emotional. During the holidays people are very emotional and most women become depressed during this time! Even though you are not together, you need to still treat her like she matters in your life even though she gets on your ******' nerves!

girls can channel feelings of guilt through physcosmosis right through the computer into your skull. The solution is quite simple:
you must cover your head with tin foil

okay it sounds liek this girl is still hung up on you, and by asking "do you want me to go" she wanted you to tell her to stay, liek so she knows thta you wanted to talk to her, when you said do whatever you want, she thought that you knew what she meant by "do you want me to stay" and when you gave that response she thought that you didn't care about her at all. uis girls are weird liek that.

she's probly pmsing. just leave her alone for awhile, let her come to you. and you shouldn't feel bad-- she's just being a girl (and i know it's a lame excuse, but that's what it is)

Fuc.k that, you didn't do anything wrong. She's just crazy and likes to try and guilt trip you.
