First Premier has high fees and horrible customer service.

Try Bank First, here is a link to apply for the Eufora Credit Builder Mastercard, http://www.goeufora.com/418121496892 its the best card available in my opinion.

I've had a First Premier card for almost 5 years. Had no problems or issues. The limit is small and I use it online to avoid theft of a larger balance card. I never use if for cash advance- higher rate. Then, I pay the balance in full each month.
Now that I have 3 cards, I may cancel the First Premier because of the "participation" fees. But they did help me re-establish credit and that's a good thing. My credit score is close to 700 now.

I have a First Premier Bank credit card, i signed up for it because i didn't know anything about that bank from the beginning. I had that card since i was 19 years old. I got a letter from First Premier and i was pre-approved, so i figure it will cool if i have a credit card. *** It wasnt cool at all*** If i have a scale from 1 to 10 for First Premier, i would give them a two (2). Why? Because, First.. their security suck a$$ - When they send you the card, they already had it activated. So that mean, if you grap your card, they can use it! So learned from my experiences, DON'T GET FIRST PREMIER BANK ! I will cancel that card FOR GOOD! Hope you will listen otherwise you'll be regret ~ :-D

"First Premire: Ripoff My husband and I have been ripped off with a gold card promised low rates interest. Billed late and overlimits and received demands of payments right after receving cards. When I wrote them to inform them I was disappointed and to quit calling. They still call. Wrote to me that they closed the account. Asked I destroy cards that I had reported stolen. Accounts still adding late fees, and overlimits. Continual harrasment... calls, demands. It's like they don't know what stolen cards means...Can you help? They also charged fees of over $100.00 to set up the account. Only used the cards twice. Big time Ripoff. "

They offer cards to people with bad credit to rebuild credit
but their terms and conditions are scandalous in my opinion
