What does the law say, can the Masjid authorities raise the volume at their wish or is there an upper limit and which authority needs to monitor it. Incase there is a solution, whom should i write to. A correspondence has already been sent the nearest police station but all in vain.

It is a very sensitive issue. Police can not do much on this. One thing you should keep in mind, this is not only Masjid doing doing such thing, even temples and Jagarans by our community, have scant respect for the public, in the area. Marriages are done by blocking roads. Politicians, in high position block every road, under the name of security, when they travel with their sorties. Planes & trains are delayed, on account of them. You do not seem to complain, on these things. On the whole, we need to have respect for every person, irrespective of community. This should come from top.

India is secular country, and law never interfere muslims doing any thing.
muslims have double law systems at their choice, in case of murder rape loot etc. they follow IPC(Indian Panel Code) and in case of other social problems they follow KURAN and FATWAS??

So it is muslims desire, no court can decide about anything against their wish.
