IS A BIG NO NO! You cant wet your hair the first day you get it permed.

I think you may mean what will happen to the perm if you get it wet the same day you got the perm.....It will be okay if you actually did not wash it....that is when a person messes up a perm or dye job because using shampoo, cleans your natural oils your scalp produces which may cause the perm not to set correctly...

If you only wet it that's fine but if you washed it that is a big problem, you supposed to wash your hair 48 hours after having perm.

you supposed to wait at least 2 days before you wash the hair so the curl can set more . you can mist the hair a bit and crunch it but no more !
