Assuming you make it in a plastic mold... I always twisted the mold first before trying to pull it out. The second you try to twist it, they just POP release and become free to be removed.
Use to do it all the time as a kid.

I would soak the plastic on the outside of the mold with hot water, so that the edge of the popsicles melt ever so slightly. That should be enough to pull it out without breaking the popsicle.

Spray the mold with Pam, and also reduce the amount of liquid in the juice you're trying to freeze. Since sugar doesn't freeze as fast as water, the finished popsicles will be nicer and will slide out of the mold better.

when i was a kid we had these plastic molds and the plastic sticks had ridges to prevent this, but this is probally a but hard to mirror, so try running warm water over the outside of the mold so it melts the ice a little n it should just pop out :)

try freezing over night, this might be too long to wait but it might be worth it.
