Over the past few days..i been getting light headed and my heart raceing... It happens only for about 2-10 minutes a day sometimes 3 times a day sometimes 1... This has been starting since last sunday when i took some anti biodics for my acne... i took 2 at one time without water.... Which the instructions say 1 every 8 hours and take it with water. after i took those on sunday... i been haveing these problems.... my mom said it was the pills...but idk...Can pills really last in your stomich for a week??? Or am I starting panic attacks? I personally think its the pills but the fact that its been over a week the pills should have been gone by now.

Symptoms of panic attack are:
Racing or pounding heartbeat
Chest pains
Dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea
Shaking, trembling
Difficulty breathing
Tingling or numbness in the hands
Flushes or chills
Dreamlike sensations or perceptual distortions
Terror - a sense that something unimaginably horrible is about to occur and one is powerless to prevent it
Fear of losing control and doing something embarrassing
Fear of dying
Try finding more symptoms in your attck and connecting with things written here.
By what you said it might be that you started having it. But to comfirm it I think you are the only one who can do it, by asking yourself if you have reasons for it - are you fearing something? Something creating you troubles in life?
If you need somebody to talk to, feel free to write me an email, I will be glad to help!

the light headedness is a result of your heart racing. Whenever your heart races like that, it is called a paliplation and is somewhat common. they usually last for a few moments, and it may become difficult to breathe. palpilations can be a side effect of anxiety but they are also side effects from medications or sensitive blood pressure. research your pill and see if palpilations or lightheadedness is a side effect. if you feel you ahve anxious or negative thoughts around the situations when they occur then this could be a sign of an anxiety induced panic attack

Panic attacks normally include shortness of breath, or difficulty with breathing. When i have a panic attack it's normally when i get upset or angry. My heart races, i cant focus, and i can't breathe. You could just be reacting to the medication, check with your doctor, but if its really bothering you ease your mind and relax, because you could just be scaring yourself.

PILLS DO NOT STAY IN YOUR STOMACH FOR A WEEK, BUT THEY MAY STAY IN YOUR BLOODSTREAM. I HAVE PANIC ATTACKS AND I KNOW THAT THERE IS NO RHYEME OR REASON FOR THEM. YOU NEED TO FIND OUT FROM YOUR DOCTOR IF THESE ANTIBIOTICS ARE THIS LONG ACTING AND IF THIS IS ONE OF THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS. IF IT IS PANIC ATTACKS, JUST UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WILL PASS AND MANY TIMES THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO CALM YOU DOWN.

a crucial symptom of a panic attack is actually panicking....and it doesnt seem that you are. i don't know if it's the pills, but i wouldn't say its a panic attack.
