Change the subject.
Think of a chore for him to do.
Put on music or the tv.

You have left us in the dark here. What is it that he wants to talk about? Retirment planning? A ball game? Cooking? If it is an important topic then have the conversation and move on. If not then d

If this is a certain subject and you have an entirely different opinion which you will never change, just tell him you don't agree and don't want to discuss it any more. If he insists on wanting to keep talking about it, tell him to talk about it with his friends, because you aren't going to change your mind.

If it is something that needs to be worked out, then you both need to compromise and come to some decision.

But if everything he says annoys you, I don't know why you are married to him.

Your problem seems to be pretty immature. You need to remember that there are two people in a marriage, not just one. Maybe what you find annoying or uninteresting is something your husband really enjoys. Just try to listen to him and ask questions. Does he listen to you? If not, you both need to get some help. Communication is key!

Does he rule the conversation? Does he talk about just things he is interested in? If so change the conversation to something he knows nothing about. Make an excuse about something that you have to do this instant.
I have a brother in law that bores everyone to desperation. We all try to avoid him. He follows us if we walk away. I have snapped a time or two...I am going to the bathroom, just to embarrass him. I feel for you!

I get the same thing with this girl in my class
I don't think you should be married to a person you find annoying
So either leave him, but if you're not cold hearted liek me
Just tell him I guess not to talk about the subjects he talks about'
Maybe try talking about stuff that interests you

Your problem runs far deeper that how to excuse yourself from a conversation with your husband.
If you do not believe in divorce just say, excuse me baby, I need to go take a major dump.

Change the subject!
Find something else to do!
Tell him you heard the baby crying!
Tell him you have to use the bathroom!
Or just be honest with him and tell him you are not really interested in what he is saying!
This is a tuff one! Good luck with it.
*hugs*
