Has anyone ever had alot of gurgling noises in the lower part of your stomach? I have it alot and also have this thing where when I have to eat out at a restaurant I get all nervous and don't feel good when the food comes. How do you get over something like that?

If it is accompanied by discomfort, bloating, having to go to the bathroom then it could be a problem. Keep track of how your stomach feels and how you respond to certain foods.
If you have a condition such as irritable bowel syndrome, you will have to learn what foods cause the irritation or stomach upset and avoid them.
If you feel nervous in the restaurant, and only when you eat in restaurants (and only get the stomach problems there) then it could be an anxiety problem.
This is a difficult one to call, so I would keep careful track of the symptoms and then go to the doctor and discuss it with him/her.

What you think are noises in the lower part of your stomach (do you know where the stomach is located?) may be normal bowel sounds coming from your intestines. They're called borborygmos and are produced by hyperactive intestinal peristalsis.

As far as getting over nervousness when eating out at a restaurant, perhaps desensitization will help with that.

my oldest daughter has this also, it also causes her to belch incredibly loud sometimes, especially when nervous. Made church particularly interesting, then they started having belching contests in the teen group. I think this is reflux, only because I worked with a nurse who also did this and she said it was reflux.

just calm down, its nothing but nerves. do you have an eating disorder, or verging on one? or maybe its just an odd version of a minor panic attack. and as for the noises, stomachs are weird things, man.
