All of a sudden my hip and knee both hurt really bad when pressure is applied to them (walking running) and it is really bothering me. I dont wanna tell my parents because A) what if they dont believe me and B) They will definitely over react...my gym teacher used to be a sports injury doctor so i was thinking i would ask him to look at it quickly. Should I? How do I ask him? Where? and When? Thanks for helping me guys!

I know what you mean about the whole parents thing. Mine would have/ did do the same thing. Um yah i would ask your gym teacher either get there early or stay later and just ask him what to do. Untill then put ice on it and just relax. Maybe you just over used it.

Probably you have just started exercising and you have done it more than your ability. Everybody must do exercise but slowly. Eat only what you digedst.
Now first take rest till your pain disappears and then start slowly. Oil massage and heating will give relief.
Let it take its' own time to improve your ability. You should not be afraid of telling your parents or teacher. Eventhough you do any mistake then also you should tell them to avoid further mistakes.

You should trust your parents and let your Mom take you to a DR your coach may have a" legal" reason for not practicing. Tell your mom you fell and you are still hurting, no bruise but in pain it can be a signal for kidney disease or another muscular disorder - have your family Dr take a look.

I suppose if it were me, i'd bite the bullet and ask the parents to take me to a Dr. It sounds too serious to let a gym teacher check it out.

Go see a Dr.

Whatever you do, get it checked out. You really don't want to be left with chronic pain that will never go away just because you didn't go to see a doctor. I am 29 and have chronic pain and it really ruins your life.
