Even a slave may have free will, and slaves have been known to rebel and break away and even make a successful escape. So even the slaves of sin and Satan the Devil have free will, and God appeals to their exercise of this free will by having the message of salvation and deliverance presented to them through Christ. (2 Cor. 5:18-20) If this were not the case it would be very unfair for God to present to humans something that he would have to admit they were not free to accept. On the other hand, it is the Devil and his organization (invisible and visible) that try to wash the peoples’ brains, that try to deprive humans of free will, and try to terrorize them against using the God-given freedom of will. Some humans, too, so degrade themselves in sin and corruption (and that out of their own free will or choice) that they have very little strength of will left to incline them toward good and its continuous acceptance.—Rom. 1:20-32.

The Bible does not talk about free will. For those that can find verses to advocate this theology, I can only interpret them in the light of God's sovereignty.

It never mentions the phrase free will, but it is inferred. Try reading Luke 15:11-32, and the first chapters of Genesis.

That's kind of like asking where in the Bible does it say water is wet.
Download e-sword (google it) and do a search 'if' and read some of the verses. Here's one of more than 1400:
"If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him."
Gen 4:7

Doesn't say it directly but Romans 1:18-32 spells out how He let those believe homosexuality is alright. This was their choice to make, not His.

Free will is inferred. We infer that free will exists, cause it has to. How else do you explain human volition, etc?
