What are railers and why do they not have an inheritance in heaven?

Railer is an old english word that is seldom used anymore. In essence it is somebody the not only rejects someone or some idea, but does so in an arrogant, sarcastic and verbose manner. I don't think anybody that rails against God would expect to some day be in heaven. If you asked a railer if he wanted to be in heaven, he would respond something like this: "Hell no! The light is so bright there that I'd probably go blind."
