this just has to be the most question ever asked on this website. in fact, i think it was the first question i asked when i first jumped on board. i can't think of any other fight that would be bigger or more anticipated or higher grossing than this one, if it had ever happened...would've been the superfight of the millenium! and, as much as i love tyson - those of you who know my history know about my tyson lovefest, ali would've smoked him, but good! sorry mike, i think you would've smoked any other heavyweight in history, but ali would've just had too much skill, speed, underrated power, accuracy, acumen, angles, footwork, ring smarts/generalship, etc for you to handle!

Tyson in his prime,,, 88-89 would have beaten "ANY" heavyweight. That's just my opinion... Early in their careers ALI wins.... Later in their careers...lol, that's obvious... ALI wins by a mile... but I Think a Tyson from the late 80s could beat An ALI from the early 70s.. just my opinion... Ok,, No more Opinions,, Just Facts... I would Be Scared as ive ever been to wake up one day and be in the ring and see Ali across from me.... But if I woke up and Saw Iron Mike Tyson,, with "CUS" standing by his side... him Staring at me like a Panther stalking his Prey... I would literally **** my pants... Scream for mommy... Id Rather Meet the Boogyman in my sleep

I am Joshua Mbngo Dmbungo TONGUE-CLICK Jnr. Although Prime Tyson could be quite slick sometimes, Ali beats him ten times out of ten. Tyson's only advantage is power and he'd need more than that to beat the greatest. Ali would have him beat before he got in the ring. TONGUE-CLICK!

I think that Tyson would have won if he has hid old corner and at his prime and if Muhammad was in his. The thing that no one really knew about was that when Tyson hit you you have never been hit like that from anyone and it just happens and then you talk about it the next day. To bad Mike lost that.

Ali was so much faster and had a lot more balance no doubt Ali would have smoked the slow prostitute beating Tyson.

FALSE , If a bum like Buster Douglass could "outbox" Tyson, just imagine what the Greatest boxer of all time would do!! REMEMBER ALI vs. LISTON 1 in Miami beach 1964

Okay,my husband and I discussed it and he thinks Ali would dance around until Tyson got angry and bit him, then the match would be over!
Ali would win by default : )

I think Tyson would only have a chance if he could control his temper, and if he could manage to get in a good solid jab at Ali's diaphragm. Since that could never happen... hmmmmm
