For flights within the US, all travel agents have access to all the airlines' fares, so they all have the same prices. The only exceptions are Southwest, who only sell direct, and some other small airlines like Allegiant and Spirit. For flights from Houston to Lewiston or Boise (you didn't say where, so we have to guess), Delta and Southwest have a few $378 fares that week. Everyone else is over $400. I'd buy on one of the airlines' web sites.
