You are talking about different views of personal responsibility. Society actually cares if you screw somebody else over; they don't want to be the next one mugged, raped, or murdered. If, however, you screw YOURSELF over, that's a personal problem. Few people care.
Unless your actions threaten a visible human with rights, the law will not intervene. You're right, it isn't fair. Children should have rights too!

Ugh...try another analogy. That's disgusting that you would compare children to commiting a crime.
Not to mention, there are hundreds of other reasons to have abortions other than "accidents".
How would you like it if the government told you that you weren't allowed to have sex unless you were married. I mean, it's god's law, right? You would have a fit, simply because it's your body and they shouldn't tell you what to do with it.
Yup. Same here buddy.

Fetus != child
If you have conceive a child and abort in the third trimester or kill it after birth you goto jail. Your argument is a false parallel.

Yes, but it also isn't fair that innocent teens etc are raped and end up pregnant...is it?
Believe me, I can assure you people to pay for having abortion, but more in an emotional sense.

So using condoms is preventing a life, therefore should be punished as such. Isn't that right?
