I know the stuff kills ya, so how much is TOO MUCH so I'll steer away from it.

Four grams a day for 7 days would probably be ok. If your symptoms are not gone by then, or if you need more pain meds, see a doctor.

Follow the directions on the bottle, exactly. However certain health conditions also should be taken into account when using Tylenol. If you have liver problems the amount you should take if any at all, should be determined by a physician. Hope this helps.

U should not exceed 4 grams in 24 hours. Two extra strength tylenol are 1000mg = 1gm. So no more than 4 doses of extra strength tylenol in 24 hours.

If you exceed the recommended dosage on the package, it's too much...and tylenol is rough on the liver...try also using ibuprofen and/or some other pain med with a different primary ingredient...

I don't take tylenol at all anymore...

Just follow the directions. If you take more then what is indicated on the package then you took too much. Isn't that obvious?
