Try looking the one with HDMI input and 1080p ready. The other attribute should be almost the same one with another.

Time and price drop! Well, that what I wait for, not watch TV much anyway. I remember the first VCR sold for like $300-400 I think, that was 70's I guess. Now I have one from a yard sale, excellent VCR as they put the best in them at that time to gain market acceptance, well, after about 3 years anyone good buy a VCR, quality may been less, I can not say. But, I will wait. I assume as the FCC thing go through with HDTV stuff. They going to be as cheap as the regular TV's. $100 for a 13", and $500 for a 36" just a guessing.

Most important thing is brightness a contrast
ratio is important....stick with these brands
and you'll be fine Sharp,LG,Toshiba and Panasonic...if you have enough money for the sony bravia it's the best lcd tv in north america
