to get my hair dyed back to light brown and get blonde (not really blonde) highlights in the winter? I mean is there a rule that you shouldnt have blonde in the winter and rather should have darker colors?

It is highlights in spring and summer. Lowlights added in fall and winter. Answer: yes, bad idea.Great winter colors: burgandy, cherry cola, choclate brown and black.

what your doing is fine, but having bleach blonde hair during the winter isnt so hott..i used to ahve it, i dyed my hair a dark brown with a purple tint with thick white/blonde chunks...everything thinks its hott and sexy! try something new and different!

No, do what you want.
People with naturally blonde hair have hair in the winter.
