We have only started to go out even though we were "together" for 2-3 months. The thing is he has not yet hold my hand but is already asking me if he "can touch my butt". Why?

Because boys are horny creatures. My boyfriend wanted to touch my butt 3 weeks after we started going out. After I let him, he asked me if he could touch my boobs. Trust me...he will work his way into your pants. Just make sure that he isnt using you because he will if you let him get his way. Just talk to him about it and tell him that you would like to start slow and hold hands first.

well miss ultra seductive, hold out your hand and if he does not want to hold it then next time he goes for your butt give him your hand across his nose to show him you mean it....I am a guy that wants a woman too and I at least would love to hold hands with anyone that I admire and want their butt too. I do admire womens butts and I too love to hold them as much as I do their hands. But in this case Whack him really good.

Well what I would say if you've been together for that long, and all he wants to do is get in your pants, then theres something wrong with that, but that's how some guys are.
You just have to find that right guy out there, and he might not be it..
