It makes a great base for homemade soups. Just add whatever vegetables you like (chopped carrots, turnip, potatoes and peas make a good fall-style soup). You can also use it in place of water in some meat and vegetable recipes for extra flavor. If you don't have time to make anything within a couple of days, simply freeze it. I've frozen chicken broth in ice cube trays and then placed the cubes in a freezer bag. That way I can take out just as much as I need for a recipe.

A lot of good answers here. You can reheat your turkey meat in it - simmer your broth in your roasting pan on the stove, and lay turkey slices in it. The turkey will be moist again, as well as hot and flavorful.
