reactive hypoglycemia means that your blood sugar changes throughout the day for different reasons. when you exercise, you use a lot of your body's energy (sugar). drinking water obviously isn't enough for you. it may seem kinda counter intuitive, the opposite of what you would think, but you might have to snack after working out. The snack should be a light food, otherwise you could end up feeling nauseous which isn't good either. Try a yogurt or (maybe) fruit. Your body is having a problem regulating sugar. Stop eating "only sometimes" and start (the very unattractively named) grazing. Eat low sugar, low fat and carb, healthy food constantly. Don't ever let yourself get really hungry; like OMG I'm Starving! type of thing. eat small, sensible meal a lot. it will help

You are still in school so lets add mental drain to the list because trust me test, studying, having to think out or come up with solutions can be just as physically draining as exercise ok so 6 hours of exercise plus the mental drain , I would probably say that you are over exerting yourself and slowing down would be a good idea , to much of anything is not good , try a balance of activities make sure to relax your still very young and have much energy but that doesn't mean you don't have a breaking point.

I would take the dizziness over risking having diabetes; chronic serious disease with many complications. I would suggest doing the exercise for half hour, take a break, then exercise for another half hour.
Did you check that your heart is healthy?
Is your doctor specializes in diabetes?

since during a hardcore physical excersize ure body is using oxygen up quicker, u might feel dizzy after a work out because of a difference in oxygen intake...Try doing some less physically demanding workouts and try some yoga or swimming it should help ure symtoms while still keeping ure doctor happy that ure excersizing:)

You should try eating a small meal before you exersise. I used to have the same problem, but when I ate something with high carbs, such as pasta before exersising, I felt much more better, and more energized.
