and with exercise every day how much weight will i lose?
im very overweight if that helps.
also i'm cutting out all liquids but water.

i'm not taking it for weight control.
i'm taking it for ADD, it was prescribed for me, and i'm just wondering how else it is going to affect me.

Some common side effects of Adderall are insomnia, headache, decreased appetite, abdominal pain, dry mouth, and weight loss. I don't think there's really a way to tell how much weight you might lose or how long it will be until you hit a plateau of weight loss. But you should make sure you're still getting the nutrients you need, despite the loss in appetite. You might want to start taking a multivitamin if you're not already. Losing weight is fine, as long as you're not losing it too quickly and as long as you're still getting the right nutrients.

Talk to the doctor who prescribed it for you. He/she can answer all these questions, and it'll be important for him/her to know about your weight loss.
