i can't tell if she does or not

she said to say hi to her because i said hi to her friend but not her

when i do say hi to her she smiles really big and says hi backk

does this mean anything

should i ask her out or what do u think?!?!?!?!?

Is this the only communication that you've had with this girl? If so, don't ask her out. Yet. Get to know her, talk to her. Be the forward one. Let her know that you think she's a possibility. She will open up, trust me. It may not be obvious, but if you pay attention, you'll see.

definitely ask her out. the worst case scenario is she'll say no and you'll be no worse off, unless your ego is as fragile as humpty dumpty's shell. when you ask her, don't sound desperate but do sound enthusiastic. have a place in mind (not a movie but a place you can actually talk to her--and when you do talk, ask her lots of questions to show you're interested in her more than you're interested in yourself). i bet she says yes. good luck
