I have this camcorder and when I turn it on it saids "cover is not open" and I already open the cover so what do you think I should do?

Many JVC camcorders have the "lens cap" error defect. Check here at JVC's support website to see if your camcorder is one of the defective models.

first of all take it back to where you brought it and show them also take it to one of those businesses that repair them but chances are they will rip you off or you can also call the company you brought it of and if you have warranty just call and get it repair or a new one for no cost hope i helped

take it back where you got it from. It might be a technical issue, that you cannot solve.
