winter weather dries the skin out and makes it more fragile and sensitive. on top of that, the worst sun exposure you can get is on a cloudy day- mostly because you're less inclined to seek out shade and wear sunscreen. that would explain any redness, peeling, and general sensitivity of your skin. apply a hypoallergenic moisturizer or aloe vera gel before bedtime. you may want to apply some SPF lotion in the morning as well.

How about wind burn, or a chemical burn? I actually know someone who has been diagnosed allergic to the cold and their exposed skin gets all red like a sunburn. Have you been out in the cold?

I'm no doctor, but it could be an allergic reaction to a food or drink or something in your environment. Have you eaten or drunk or touched anything different or unusual recently?
Aloe vera gel can help soothe burning skin.

It could be rosacea or maybe an allergic reaction to something. Rosacea would be mostly on the face and maybe on the neck and chest. An allergic reaction to something might feel like an itchy rash.

Could be an allergic reaction to a medication, or animals, perfume, clothes, laundry detergent....anything new you are around that you could be allergic to. Or like someone else said it could be rosacea, does it look like sunburn to, or just feel like it?

It could be an allergic reaction to something, or dry skin, or any number of things. If it turns red, or intensifies, please see a doctor. Good Luck!!!!!

There are other things that can damage your skin.
For example, have you been handling any chemicals, such as household cleaners or detergents?
