I am a cashier at Wal-Mart. I had a customer buy plates, napkins, hats, those little curly things that you blow air into, and a pinata of Dora the other day. Try Wal-Mart or walmart.com

Go to www.partyexpress.com. They are kind of expensive, but they do have Dora and all the other popular cartoon characters.
