Ok, so I'm starting a new healthy eating plan, it's simple, I only eat foods that are healthy. Nothing with too much fat or sugar. The problem is that I love to get Starbucks coffee, sometimes I get that instead of a meal because it makes me full. Which of Starbuck's options is the most healthy.

I believe I read it was the latte. But if you ordered a tall and got it with non fat milk that would really help decrease the calories/sugar.

Safest:
Coffee and Tea have very few calories and no fat, as long as you don't add milk and sugar, then you're counting calories.

Next:
Non Fat Cappucinnos and Lattes. If you absolutely must sweeten it up, try Splenda or sugar free vanilla syrup (yucky).

Big Gambles:
Chais, Frappucinos, Mochas.

I'd stick with the Moccachino at Starbucks. Along with a non-fat muffin and jam. pretty healthy.

Deffinatly not a frappucino.. not even a light frap. Even the light is packed with more than enough calories popular to what some may think when they see light. Nonfat latte with either sugar free vanilla or sugar free hazelnut.... thats about it.
