I've been researching into, experimenting and trying to find cures for years. This one really is a secret - I've never heard of anyone else using it. It's simple and costs are minimal. You simply massage with a pure organic oil -any kind will do, but do so quiet vigorously - as opposed to the gentle massaging which all the skin clinics and the like say you should employ. I nervously started out not knowing what would happen in an area with white heads, black heads and enlarged pores and moles. I found the
key was to build gradually to a more and more vigorous massage - the skin takes a while to adapt. And to stop if too much irritation occured or there was a reaction. Then I would resume when I could. Skin starts clearing after a two or three weeks when a new, clearer skin starts forming. All blemishes scars , moles, whatever, will be be removed over time. You need to be patient and go at a pace that suits you.
I now have a totally blemish free, healthy looking skin and people are always asking me what is the secret.( I can be emailed.)

You can get spots if you are popping your pimples. These spots can take a long time to heal. You need to wash your face at least twice a day, if you have oily skin, and always apply a moisturiser after you wash your face. This will prevent the dirt and grime from settling into your pores.

Take some good supplements. avoid trans fatty acids, hydrogenated fats, red meats and excessive sugar. That should get you rolling. For a great book on exactly what you need to do to cure your acne then check this out, http://www.facemaster.net/thefacemastercourse.html
