Well, not to do is smoke and don't start weight training until you are at least 16, both will stunt your growth. Boys grow at a slower rate than girls. You will eventually have your growth spurt, it might just take awhile.

Genes are the best way of getting taller, if you have tall family members then you are likely to be tall yourself.
There are things you want to avoid that may stunt your growth, like smoking, drinking excessively, putting on weight, some drugs can stunt your grow, even some types of medication can too.
So exercise and living a healthy life, you will grow to the height you are meant to be.

Your potential height is already determined by genes passed down from your parents. All you can do is create an environment that you can achieve your full potential. That is, eat right, excercise, get enough sleep, don't drink, smoke, don't do drugs, etc. Just plain live a healthy lifestyle.
Don't bother with grow taller formulas, herbs, and pills. None of them are proven to work, and some are harmful.

Supposedly if you eat a bunch of McDonald's hamburgers you will grow, since they give their beef cattle all those bovine growth hormones, it transfers to humans. Or just about any meat, I guess! If shortness runs in your family you might want to ask your doctor, they have some sort of injections that they can sometimes use to stimulate growth (height).
Here is a site that tells you foods to eat to grow taller as you age:

Don't bother...drinking milk won't affect your height...but it is helpful for strong bones...
You will grow as tall as you are genetically supposed to grow...nothing you eat or drink or any other "tricks" can significantly effect that...
