okay so i just ate taco bell and my stomach is making all these weird noises.... it hurts.. i feel really bloated.. i only ate 2 tacos cause i started to feel bloated.. lately i've been eating healthy, less and more often which is healthy. my questions: HOW can i make this tossing and turning and discomfort stop? any remidies?
my stomach hurts... help

Please go on fast or citrust fruit juice.
1/2 lemon and a glass of warm or plain water will also solve your problem.
Avoid junk food and overeating or eating without hunger. Use green vegitables and salads to keep your bowels clean so that there will not be food poisioning. Use citrus fruits for breakfast and cocoanut water instead of cold drinks.

you never know what ur gonna get with fast food. maybe your body just doesnt react well to chili or beef. its obviously some ingredient in the taco's; because two tacos that small cant make u bloated. try a laxative or drink some tea; and get some reading material and get ready for a trip to the toilet. its just something that didnt agree with your stomach. it should go away soon. if not call your doctor. but i'm sure your just fine =]

Take an antacid, and don't eat that crud from taco bell. That is one grade above dog food. Gas X or tums should help.

Tums or Mylanta should ease the pain.
Try some saltine crackers and a little milk.
Lay off those gut grenades and belly burners.

I actually used to suffer the same thing...
I found out it is one of the ingredients they use in the making of taco shells and I cant digest it..
I cant eat corn chips either.
I use soft taco shells and my stomach has not bothered me since.
