Right now thares boy trouble, school is so stressful and no one in my family respect me what do you do to stay happy I'm really not a morbid person thats why I need your help!!!!!!

I listen to my favourite music and eat chocolate BUT the most important thing is that I never keep anything inside. I mean, if I'm unhappy about something I talk to someone who I trust and who listens to me. I hope that you have someone to talk to because all you need is for that person to listen and they don't have to give you they're opinion if you don't want it. Good luck.

It is so hard to get out of the black cloud mood especially when no one is around to support you. U took the 1st step by asking for help.

Think about your goals or things that you have always wanted to do and focus on that. When I am really down I workout, listen to my fav cd, and take myself out on a date. I get all dressed up and I spend the whole day just doing what I enjoy.

go out w friends, example: Girl's Night!, or go drink (im not saying alcohol solves problems, but with a bunch of people it can be a fun night and get your mind off stuff. go do something random like hike or sing kareokee or buy yourself something, get ur nails done, treat yourself!, eat ice cream! :-) ive been there. life gets crazy sometimes and its often hard to deal with, but for me, sitting around and worrying or trying to get stuff (school stuff) done gets me no where bc i cant focus. if i go out and have fun, then i can concentrate and im okay. i HAVE to go out with friends and do stuff or i get depressed and even more stressed. also, exercise is a good stress reliever and good for you. if you get into a daily routine, that cna help...go outside for a run or walk to a park and swing on the swings. fun things that u dont do everyday! good luck and i hope ya feel better and stuff works out for ya!

listen to music relax don't try to think about those things watch tv and maybe cofront your family about them not respecting you as you like to be and that sometimes school is very stressful

I loosen the normal restrictions I put on myself- I let myself eat normally forbidden food, spend a bit more, stuff like that.
