My cousin doesn't attend the same school as me and her boyfriend and he makes flirtatious moves with me like he hugs me and he walks me to class and stuff like that what should i do?

tell ur cousin and in the mean time stay away from him I went though that with my daughter and it was not nice at all so stay clear of him.

It's tricky to let him know that anything romantic is inappropriate without embarrassing him (or yourself, if you're mistaken about his behavior).
Fortunately it hasn't been too overt or gone too far.
Just keep the behavior neutral by going the same distance in the opposite direction.
If he hugs, keep him a distance away. If he touches you a lot, walk a little further away. If he holds your hand, pull it away.
There may be an art to sending clear, yet subtle signals, but I'm sure you can master it.

You should ask him to stop. Tell him you do not feel comfortable with spending time with him with out your cousin. If you do find out he does like you do not date him. The relationship with your cousin is more valuable than any man on the plant.

I think he feels more comfortable with being a bit flirtacios with you because he thinks that no one will see that as being flirtacios becuase you an him cant be "together" because of your cousin. I know i'm more comforable with people who i cant have a crush and i'm more aware of how i act towards guys that might assume that i have a crush on them.

Tell him to leave you alone because thats your cosins boyfriend and it wouldnt be right if you toke him away from her or he chose you over her just tell him to leave you alone
