Reduce skinniness? Why didn't you say "how do you healthily gain weight"?

I've never had that problem so can't say with any experience or authority...junk food (as some tend to recommend) isn't the answer though...talk to your doctor or surf for some web sites on healthy ways to put on weight...

By slowly increasing your main groups...not by concentraiting on your sweets and crap...because you want to be healthier...not unhealthy and plump, right? You should still want to be able to have a healthy heart, so you shuld just increase your healthy food intake and exercise with different activities.

But the best move to make would be to talk to a doctor or a physical trainier.

Don't. You will put the weight on as you get older. In the meantime keep yourself healthy. I think the best think to do, is to lift weights. You will look healthier and will improve your bony posture LOL.
