First of all, ask yourself why you want to lose weight and if you really need it (130's not that much). Secondly, screw all those fancy diet pills and excercise programs (there is no such thing as 8 minute abs or thighs or whatever). Eat healthy and in moderation, cut back on fast food. At the same, try to exercise more, and do it a specific time about 4-5 days a week. You don't even have to do that, just go outside and play basketball or soccer or whatever else with your friends and get some fresh air. The last things is - keep a positive attitude, if you really want to lose weight, it won't happen overnight. Keep working and you'll do whatever you want to do and keep yourself all the more healthier.

There are a few "tricks" to losing weight, but they're all straightforward and don'r use medication of any kind. One, before every meal, drink a full glass of water. That makes you feel partly full to begin with, so you can eat less real food. Two, set out (or get your mother to set out) smaller portions of food, but maintain a healthy balance nutritionally. Three, avoid junk food - candy, regular pop, fast food with a lot of fat in it; and cut down on calorie-high desserts, like cake, pie, cookies. (Use fresh fruit instead.) Four, get in some aerobic exercise at least every other day, preferably in the morning. Walking for 1/2 hour is good, dancing to your favorite music is even better. Doing it in the morning keeps your metabolism up all day, which will burn off more fat. Five, try isometrics or even weight training to increase your muscle mass (but not to look like Arlene Schwarzenegger). The extra muscle mass will burn calories faster than fat tissue. Put all of these things together, and you'll be one healthy and good-looking kid!

you don't need help. your young and healthy! whats the matter with you? the only reason you think its ruining your life is because your letting it. if you honestly feel like u need to help yourself; talk to your parents. if ur "overweight" than thats a health problem and your parents will help you with a health problem. talk to a doctor; but whatever you do; don't stop eating. eat healthy foods. your body needs it. or get up every morning and jog. but don't cut down on how much eat. its what u eat. i know how it is to be self conscious about weight. i was teased all the time. but eventually you learn that it doesnt matter what people think or say. someone is going to find you and fall in love with u and treat you like a goddess. dont worry about all this. your too young!
just excercise a little; and only a little. theres no way to loose weight FAST thats healthy. your not overweight, but since your concerend just talk to your parents and doctor. its not the end of the world sweety. ur just at such a young age that it matters to you. one day you'll grow out of this!

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??
There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

That's not that much overweight. It depends on how tall you are as well. The only thing you need to do is curb your eating habits and get outside and ride your bike around or play some basketball.

for both health and weight control ;try a high fiber diet of primarily
vegetables & best raw as in salads, whole grains, moderate fuits and avoid meat, fish, chicken, refined white rice and pasta and dairy products and sulfites and drink a gallon of water every day a glass at a time of course .if you can stick to this for a couple of weeks then you can see your results and start to cheat a little.also cut way back on refined sugar , this diet should give you much better health as it cuts your carbs and fats way back.
