If the bump is on the opposite side that your thumb is on, it's normal, it just means you rest your hands alot on your wrists and your body has built up a tougher skin there to protect it.
As for carple tunnel syndrome, you might just have a RSI (repetative stress injury) these are common for people who type alot or do the same movement with they're hands often. See your doctor if you are worried. There are alot of quick and easy solutions available to you. My mother suffered from Carple Tunnel for a few months before seeing her doctor, he gave her a shot of steroids in the wrist (she did say this was painful) but the results were immidiate and permenant. 4 years later, she's still going well and it hasn't returned.

have you ever had your legs flow to sleep on you? The tingling, achy feeling you have from them is what this is prefer to have carpal tunnel sydrome. It impacts your thumb and a couple of center hands first via no longer permitting them to close each and each of ways for a corporation grip. in case you forget approximately those signs and indicators, then it starts pulling on your nerves and additionally you could not open your hands each and each of ways. I surely have had the two hands operated on on the comparable time 8 years in the past. It hurts for a week after surgical treatment, inspite of the undeniable fact that this is nicely worth it if that's what you ought to have accomplished. Now I have not have been given any hassle with my hands.

The cyst on your wrist is called a ganglion and unless it causes you pain it doesn't have to be removed. Carpal Tunnel syndrome is due to pressure on the median nerve in the palmar area...this is a completely different problem. Since you have both, perhaps you could have both minor procedures done at the same time . Ask your surgeon about it.
good luck ~~

start using the rubber ball to squeeze on for 5 minutes daily. Hold each squeeze for 8 secs. You can be quite sure the symptoms wil disappear after a week or two. Keep squeezing the cyst like bump between your thumb and fingers and it will always diappear in a couple of weeks. Believe me, I went thru the same thing 6 months ago.

don't trust us, we are all people who have nothing better to do, ask a certified doctor. I think that if you rub hyena butter on your hands and take some ex-lax you'll feel just right.
