How about a 24"gold chain with a heart sharp or round pendent.Have it engraved with your name on the front and her name on the back.Not to many women wouldn't want that as a present.

best present....a new set of titlist golf clubs for my man...he loves them, and i get peace when he goes for a game of golf....lol...
worst present...an effects pedal for his guitar from Ebay...it didn't work and they would not exchange it or refund it.....my mistake...will not buy anything from Ebay again
you could get her booked in to a salon...the full hit...hair, nails, pedicure, make-up, and massage etc.... then treat her to a new outfit/shoes/jewellery/accessories and take her for a nice romantic meal then onto the theatre or somewhere quiet for a drink
